<h1><strong>法學(xué)期末幾乎讓我崩潰。</strong></h1>

<p>大家好，我是深圳大學(xué)法學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生，量化成簡單的自我介紹就是：4段實(shí)習(xí)、3段課程設(shè)計(jì)，1篇論文。最終，我的GPA定格在81+，雖然不算好，但也是我在轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)后對法學(xué)努力拉分的成果。</p>

<p>我的留學(xué)想法其實(shí)是在大二和大三之間萌生的。那段時間我對未來充滿了迷茫，法學(xué)專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)壓力很大，尤其是期末考試，需要背誦大量的法條和知識點(diǎn)，看著密密麻麻的法條，感覺自己快崩潰。那一刻我開始懷疑自己是否真的適合走國內(nèi)考研這條路。</p>

<p>就在我最迷茫的時候，媽媽提出了一個建議：<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>要不考慮留學(xué)吧？</strong></span>其他國家的法學(xué)教育，或許跟國內(nèi)的教育體系不一樣，而且還能接觸到不同的教育理念。</p>

<p>于是，我開始將目光轉(zhuǎn)向留學(xué)。</p>

<p>在選擇留學(xué)地區(qū)時，我主要考慮了港英澳三個方向。香港的教育體系和內(nèi)地比較接近，但競爭激烈；澳大利亞的教育質(zhì)量也很不錯，而且環(huán)境優(yōu)美；而英國的教育體系則以高效和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)著稱，一年制碩士的學(xué)制非常吸引人。我花了很長時間研究各個地區(qū)的排名和專業(yè)情況，最終決定把目標(biāo)鎖定以下在幾個合適的院校和專業(yè)。 </p>

<h1><strong>人生沒有白走的路。</strong></h1>

<p>在申請期間，績點(diǎn)、科研、實(shí)習(xí)，每一個環(huán)節(jié)都全力以赴。當(dāng)同學(xué)們都在討論考研、留學(xué)還是就業(yè)時，我常常心里只會想“不知道選哪個”。這種不確定性讓我感到特別焦慮，<strong>但很快我就明白與其焦慮未來，不如先提升自己，讓自己有更多選擇的余地。</strong></p>

<h2>01 <strong>績點(diǎn)</strong></h2>
<p> </p>
<p>大二下學(xué)期的時候，我開始意識到績點(diǎn)的重要性，但因?yàn)橄惹跋肟佳校幌胫M快上完課留出時間準(zhǔn)備考研，對績點(diǎn)的高低并沒有太在意。后來決定留學(xué)，才開始把重心放在提升績點(diǎn)上。<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>雖然一開始我不知道要申請什么學(xué)校，但我知道一個漂亮的GPA總是加分項(xiàng)。</strong></span></p>

<p>為了拉高績點(diǎn)，我開始瘋狂修課，選了很多其他學(xué)院的課程拉分，努力提升現(xiàn)有的成績。雖然過程很辛苦，課表上的課程也是五花八門，橫跨各個領(lǐng)域，<span style="color: #0086d1;">但最終我的GPA達(dá)到了81+</span>，這讓我在申請中有了更大的競爭力，在這個過程中也收獲到了不同領(lǐng)域的知識、結(jié)識了不同學(xué)院的朋友。</p>

<h2>02 <strong>實(shí)習(xí)</strong></h2>

<p>在實(shí)習(xí)方面，<span style="color: #0086d1;">我先后完成了四段實(shí)習(xí)，從律所到法院，從基礎(chǔ)的法律事務(wù)到復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目處理</span>，每一段經(jīng)歷都讓我對法學(xué)有了更深刻的理解。雖然一開始我只是想積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)，但這些實(shí)習(xí)不僅提升了我的專業(yè)能力，還讓我逐漸明確了自己對法律職業(yè)的興趣所在。</p>

<p>其中一段實(shí)習(xí)讓我印象深刻，讓我意識到這個行業(yè)需要除了法學(xué)以外的其他專業(yè)知識儲備。我的帶教合伙人之前從事建筑行業(yè)，轉(zhuǎn)行做律師后，專攻建筑工程方向的案子，這讓我深受啟發(fā)，或許接觸更多領(lǐng)域的學(xué)習(xí)并不是一件壞事。</p>

<p>此外我還意識到，<strong>掌握多種語言是非常重要的，尤其是在珠三角地區(qū)</strong>，會講粵語可以拓展更多的案源，從那以后我開始有意識鍛煉粵語，希望能在未來的職業(yè)中派上用場。</p>

<h2>03 <strong>正確路線是...？</strong></h2>

<p>在留學(xué)準(zhǔn)備過程中，我常常被問到：“你想申請什么學(xué)校？”每當(dāng)我回答“不知道”時，對方總會露出驚訝的表情。</p>

<p>我從未真正“確定”過什么。不知道績點(diǎn)該刷到多少分，不知道四段實(shí)習(xí)是否足夠，甚至不確定自己是否真的適合法學(xué)。但選擇了一種笨拙的應(yīng)對方式：把每一件能做的事做好再說。</p>

<p>為了拉高GPA，我像個修補(bǔ)匠一樣四處修課，從馬克思主義學(xué)院的政治學(xué)到人文學(xué)院的漢語言文學(xué)，甚至蹭過一節(jié)建筑學(xué)院的工程法規(guī)課。這些看似雜亂的知識，后來竟在實(shí)習(xí)中意外派上用場——當(dāng)我在律所處理一起建筑工程糾紛時，突然明白：<span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>人生沒有白走的路，那些“無用功”終會在某個轉(zhuǎn)角與你重逢。</strong></span></p>

<p>人生其實(shí)是片原始叢林——根本沒有所謂的“正確路線”。</p>

<p>先把眼前的事情做好，沒目標(biāo)也沒關(guān)系，未來的一切都會水到渠成，<strong>我可能會被藤蔓絆倒，但也可能意外發(fā)現(xiàn)藏著果子的樹洞。</strong></p>

<h1><strong>等一等，萬一有更好的呢？</strong></h1>

<p>2024年9月，我正式開始了申請準(zhǔn)備工作。個人陳述和簡歷是申請中最重要的部分，指南者老師和我花了大量時間來打磨這些材料。我詳細(xì)地描述了自己的本科經(jīng)歷、實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷以及對未來職業(yè)的規(guī)劃。為了確保文書的質(zhì)量，我們多次修改，甚至找了一些學(xué)長學(xué)姐幫忙審閱，他們的建議讓我受益匪淺，讓我在文書上有了很大的提升。</p>

<p>法考的結(jié)果在11月出來，我很幸運(yùn)地通過了。這不僅為我的申請?jiān)黾恿隧来a，也讓我松了一口氣。</p>

<p>我最早投遞的申請因?yàn)椴牧喜积R，一直懸而未決。2024年11月，我終于補(bǔ)齊了所有申請材料，包括法考通過證明和最后一段實(shí)習(xí)證明。那段時間，我每天都在刷新郵箱，期待著好消息。</p>

<p>考慮是否交曼大留位費(fèi)時，媽媽說：等等吧，萬一還有更好的呢？我心想，真的還有嗎。<strong>沒想到時隔一周，愛丁堡的offer也來了，更好的果然來了，很英明的等待！</strong></p>

<p>截至目前，我一共收到了五封offer，包括愛丁堡大學(xué)國際發(fā)展理學(xué)碩士、曼徹斯特大學(xué)國際發(fā)展：公共政策與管理理學(xué)碩士、南安普頓大學(xué)海事法法學(xué)碩士、新南威爾士大學(xué)法學(xué)碩士LLM和悉尼大學(xué)商業(yè)法碩士。<strong>最終，我選擇了愛丁堡大學(xué)。</strong></p>

<p>從國家選擇來看，我更傾向于去英國。英國的留學(xué)體驗(yàn)感更加全面，真正地去了歐洲，獨(dú)立面對陌生環(huán)境。從職業(yè)發(fā)展來看，英碩回國的競爭力也更強(qiáng)。<span style="color: #0086d1;">在英國的三個院校中，愛丁堡大學(xué)的QS排名最靠前，實(shí)力和認(rèn)可度都很高。</span>這所古老的歐洲名校不僅在學(xué)術(shù)上享有盛譽(yù)，還提供了豐富的課程選擇和實(shí)踐機(jī)會。</p>

<p>此外，愛丁堡大學(xué)的人文社科專業(yè)在國際上遙遙領(lǐng)先，與聯(lián)合國也有合作，提供了實(shí)習(xí)和社會實(shí)踐的機(jī)會。這些都讓我十分向往。我的家人也一致認(rèn)為體驗(yàn)不同的專業(yè)，感受不同的生活模式是一個不錯的選擇，這樣能更清楚地知道自己未來想做什么。</p>

<h1><strong>完美主義是最大的敵人</strong></h1>

<p>指南者老師聯(lián)系我寫一篇關(guān)于自己的留學(xué)申請推文時，我是恍惚的。窗外的陽光透過玻璃斜斜地灑在書桌上，恍惚間仿佛能看到幾個月前那個焦頭爛額的自己——深夜背法條刷題、在法考、留學(xué)、實(shí)習(xí)、考語言、期末考之間來回撕扯。</p>

<p>如今回望這段旅程，我忽然意識到，人生的奇妙之處或許就在于：那些曾以為過不去的坎，最終都成了腳下的路，也許今天覺得天塌了的大事，就像小時候上學(xué)沒帶紅領(lǐng)巾一樣，回頭看真的只是件小事。</p>

<p>申請季像是一場與自己的漫長對話。<span style="color: #0086d1;">最初的我和許多人一樣，被“目標(biāo)”和“意義”困住了。</span>大二時，面對法考、考研、就業(yè)的選項(xiàng)，我像是站在十字路口手里攥著一張模糊的地圖，卻不知道哪條路能通向“正確”的人生。直到有一天媽媽對我說：“先別想以后，就先做好眼前的事。”這句話成了我后來所有選擇的注腳。</p>

<p>申請季最深的感悟是：<strong>完美主義或許是最大的敵人。</strong>我的GPA只有81+，放在遍地90分的申請者中毫不起眼；論文沒有發(fā)表在核心期刊，雅思也不是頂頂?shù)母叻?。但正是這些“不完美”，這些帶著毛邊的細(xì)節(jié)，反而是更真實(shí)的。就算一切不那么完美，與其畏首畏尾地等待萬事俱備，不如先邁出第一步，畢竟人生從來沒有“徹底準(zhǔn)備好”的時刻。</p>
<p> </p>
<p>對于那些仍在迷霧中摸索的后來者，我想說，迷茫才是常態(tài)，此刻的我依然帶著諸多不確定性。三毛在撒哈拉寫下傳世之作前，只是個在地圖上隨便一指就決定流浪的普通女子。</p>

<p><span style="color: #0086d1;"><strong>所以，不必為暫時的“慢半拍”而焦慮</strong></span>，當(dāng)認(rèn)真做好眼前的每一件事，命運(yùn)自會為你連點(diǎn)成線，愿我們都能在不確定的時代，活出確定的自己 ~</p>
