<p style="text-align: justify;">今年8月，F(xiàn)同學(xué)找到我們，希望申請(qǐng)港新地區(qū)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)和管理方向的項(xiàng)目。經(jīng)過(guò)了解，她在21 fall申請(qǐng)過(guò)美國(guó)的項(xiàng)目，不過(guò)主要是本專(zhuān)業(yè)方向，當(dāng)時(shí)也拿到了offer，最終因?yàn)橐咔榉艞壛恕?lt;/p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><br />從文科專(zhuān)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)到商科專(zhuān)業(yè)必然會(huì)遇到困難，幸運(yùn)的是，F(xiàn)同學(xué)不是從頭開(kāi)始。簽約的時(shí)候，她正在進(jìn)行一段市場(chǎng)相關(guān)的實(shí)習(xí)，而且憑借扎實(shí)的語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)習(xí)能力，已經(jīng)初具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的GPA、托福和GRE成績(jī)。隨后，我們便和F同學(xué)一起定下了港三所、NTU、NUS的Mkt/管理方向的申請(qǐng)組合。<br /><br />為了體現(xiàn)F同學(xué)為跨申所做的準(zhǔn)備，我們首先推薦她去Coursera上彌補(bǔ)和申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)度較高的知識(shí)和技能。F同學(xué)也十分積極地配合，在課業(yè)以外騰出時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)了introduction to marketing，consumer analytics，python for everybody這類(lèi)課程。<br /><br />除了必要的硬件基礎(chǔ)，如果有相關(guān)的工作和實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，那么申請(qǐng)時(shí)相對(duì)會(huì)更有利。F同學(xué)在實(shí)習(xí)上投入了很多的精力，我們也會(huì)給出一些選擇上的建議。鑒于申請(qǐng)季時(shí)間寶貴，直接找mkt analytics 難度較高，在沒(méi)有其他更好offer的情況下，我們建議先接下某互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司全球化運(yùn)營(yíng)的實(shí)習(xí)，從MarCom內(nèi)容運(yùn)營(yíng)入手，再進(jìn)一步接觸核心營(yíng)銷(xiāo)分析方面的業(yè)務(wù)。這段實(shí)習(xí)后，F(xiàn)同學(xué)很好地具備了處理營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略和市場(chǎng)分析的能力，又馬不停蹄地開(kāi)始下一份實(shí)習(xí)。<br /><br />一次次的實(shí)踐讓F同學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)到所接觸的理論知識(shí)和真實(shí)case的機(jī)會(huì)比較有限，還需要在留學(xué)中接受更高層次的“培訓(xùn)”，系統(tǒng)地去培養(yǎng)Mkt思維、組織管理和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，這也向招生官展現(xiàn)出她對(duì)工作的批判性思考以及良好的自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力。<br /><br />到了文書(shū)創(chuàng)作階段，在推薦信和簡(jiǎn)歷方面，考慮到F同學(xué)忙于實(shí)習(xí)，我們便根據(jù)她在上個(gè)申請(qǐng)季的已有素材進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充修改；而PS則全部重新書(shū)寫(xiě)，針對(duì)不同方向進(jìn)行個(gè)性化創(chuàng)作。</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">比如科大全球運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目帶有跨國(guó)公司運(yùn)營(yíng)的性質(zhì)，看重申請(qǐng)者leadership 或者management 方面的素質(zhì)，我們便立足于F同學(xué)精通中、英、德多國(guó)語(yǔ)言加上兩次海外交流的經(jīng)歷，同時(shí)細(xì)化到她在一些社團(tuán)經(jīng)歷和group meeting中的表現(xiàn)，以此體現(xiàn)其溝通技巧和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。我們將類(lèi)似的寫(xiě)作思路向F同學(xué)進(jìn)行了傳達(dá)，基于雙方的默契配合，文書(shū)以最快的速度完成，并順利在第一輪完成了遞交。<br /><br />在F同學(xué)收到科大的面試后，我們照例為她安排了模擬面試，確保在正式面試中能夠正常發(fā)揮。面試后兩周時(shí)間，她就拿到了推研。<br /><br /></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">目前，F(xiàn)同學(xué)已經(jīng)收到了科大全球運(yùn)營(yíng)，中大市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)，港大全球管理的推研信。</p>
