By following up with a series of KOL cooperation campaigns to promote the brand, I found that such KOL marketing did increase brand exposure and attract potential customers, <strong>but it needed abundant effort and money, while the sales volume directly generated from these customer impressions and engagements could hardly be quantified</strong>, which left a question mark on the actual effect of KOL marketing. Under such circumstances, <strong>how to maximise the benefits that diversified channels and digital technologies can bring to marketing becomes a new challenge waiting for me to tackle.</strong></p>
